All sales are final
All WORLD 001: FIRST LIGHT items are made to order as pre-orders. Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled and we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including wrong size ordered. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Changes to your order
Before your order ships, you can change your size or delivery address. Email admin@yangyanworld.com with your order number and the change you need. Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email admin@yangyanworld.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you in full.
